A Comprehensively Designed Community

Midtown Station will include transit-oriented high density residential development, office, retail, hotel, community facilities, and public open space, and will include:

• Anticipated +6,184 residential dwelling units,
• ±26,460m² (±284,822ft²) of retail use,
• ±38,455m² (±413,928ft²) of office,
• ±35,149m² (±378,341ft²) of hospitality use, and
• ±3,400m² (±36,597ft²) of Community Facility use.
• +28 buildings ranging in height from 2 storeys to 41 storeys (Fitting into the Mid, High and Highest Scales of the proposed Heritage LAP);
• A new LRT station (name Midtown Station); and
• Pedestrian connections to surrounding amenities and communities.
